As opposed to DR0YOTA, which will also be used throughout the year for the YOTA youth skeds, this callsign will only be active in the December YOTA Month, and is available for all licenced¹ youngsters throughout Germany. ¹Due to German legislation, only DN1-DN9 allow for non-licenced operators to operate under supervision by licenced operators. However, licenced operators are not allowed to use those callsigns themselves. Also, DN callsigns are only available with a 2 or 3-digit suffix, so it wouldn't be possible to get a YOTA suffix for such a callsign.
