The callsign will be activated from the English School Radio Club station, 5B4ES. The station is hosted within the English School in Nicosia, and has been active on the bands since 1969.
These days the station uses a Yaesu FT-1000MP running 100Watt into a 5 element triband antenna for 10m-15m-20m, and a 2 element antenna for 40m, located approx. 20 metres off the ground.
