The station is managed by Vilnius university radio club LY1BWB. The club consists of 29 members. We are promoting amateur radio hobby to the youth, and several of our members have participated in the YOTA summer camps.
Station QTH is in the northern part of Vilnius, Lithuania, 220m AMSL. For HF we are using Kenwood TS-570D TRX, and a 10/15/20m Yagi with a Yaesu rotator on top of a 10m tower. For VHF/UHF we use Icom IC-9700, two cross-Yagi 70cm/2m antennas with a Yaesu Az/El rotator. Read more about us at https://vurk.lt/
